Announces Championship Tournament Site for 2010

          Southern Anglers Challenge Competitive Fishing Circuits, LLC is pleased to announce that the year end Championship Tournament site for 2010 will be beautiful Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama, to be held on Friday September 17 thand Saturday September 18, 2010.    The Tournament Site will be Wind Creek State Park.  Ramp Fee will be $4.00 each day. PRE-TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION AND DINNER MEETING:  Thursday September 16, 2010.  Registration begins at 2:00PM and Dinner will be served at 5:00PM at the Alexander City Sports Plex Gym.

 

COMPETITION DATES:  Friday September 17 th and Saturday September 18, 2010

 HOTEL RATES:  Make sure when making your Hotel reservations that you tell them you are fishing the Southern Anglers Challenge Championship for your special room rates.

 

TOURNAMENT FEES:          $150.00.  This will cover the Tournament fees, Big Bass fees for two days, and dinner for two people.  Additional dinners may be purchased the evening of the pre-registration meeting for $15.00 each.

 

PAYOUT:  $15,000.00 guaranteed to First Place.  100% of tournament fees to remaining paying places.  Big Bass pay out each day.  Based on a seventy-five boat field, the total pay out will be $24,000.00.   Sponsor prizes will be awarded at the Tournament Registration Meeting.

 

REGISTRATION:  Qualified Teams need to send in a completed registration form with entry fees prior to September 5, 2010.  Late registration will be taken up to pre-tournament meeting time.  All registered Teams will be assigned their take off position  number by random draw.  Take off positions will be inverted the second day of the tournament. 

 PRE-REGISTRATIONS SHOULD BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 5, 2010 .  HOWEVER, LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE PRE-TOURNAMENT MEETING SEPTEMBER 16, 2010 .

PRE-TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION AND MEETING:  Pre-Tournament registration and check-in will be held from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Thursday September 16, 2010 at the Alexander City, Alabama Sports Plex Gym.  The mandatory pre-tournament meeting will start at 5:30pm .  

 

DINNER:  Dinner will be catered by “Sho Nuff Barbeque Company”of Alexander City, Alabama, Thursday September 16, 2010 at the pre-registration meeting.  Dinner will be served at 5:00pm. FISHING LICENSES:  Make sure you purchase your Alabama State Fishing License before fishing on Lake Martin.  The Alabama DNR is more strict than some other states on checking for licenses.  You may purchase your Alabama license online at:  www.outdooralabama.com/licenses/.
